All you have to do is ASK!
I am reminded every day by my kids about how important it is to ask for help. My daughter and son talk to their angels everyday and ask for the littlest of things. The other day my son (age 3) and I dropped my daughter off at camp and I hear him mumbling in the back... so I ask him "I'm sorry, What did you say?" and he tells me loud and clear that he isn't talking to me but talking to his angels. So I smile thinking that this is great and he has been absorbing so much of what we live...so I say back to him "What are you talking to your angels about?" and he tells me ever so sassily... "I'm asking them to tell you to take me for a donut." I laughed out loud but say "Well, let's go get one." And I'm here to tell you...It is just that easy.
Angels are here to help us in everything we do but because we all have free will we have to ASK for their help.
Here are some quick and easy steps when asking your Angels and Guides for help:
STEPS TO DIVINE GUIDANCE
Step 1:
Take 3 deep breaths – in through the nose and out through the mouth releasing the sound AHHH.
Step 2:
Ask the question you want an answer to or what you need help with either mentally, out loud, or by writing. Make it honest as Angels will answer what is in your heart.
Step 3:
Don’t try to force an answer, let go and let God do the work.
Step 4:
Let go of any fears or the details of the how it will happen.
Step 5:
Be alert for the answers and be ready to receive.

 After graduating from University of Central Florida, Elizabeth began her broadcasting career at a major radio station in Orlando, Florida. After many years she moved from the broadcast industry to the travel industry where she trained, coached and motivated travel agents in cruise, motor coach and group sales.
She then moved to Atlanta, Georgia where she got back into radio and she launched and managed the non-traditional Business Development Division for ABC Disney. After 10 years at ABC Disney she moved back to Florida and began coaching and training small businesses with their marketing and business needs. It was during this time Elizabeth began studying thought transformation principles and the art of manifestation and she began her intuitive journey and became a communicator for the heavens.
After taking intensive classes and workshops to further develop her intuition and coaching/training skills she has never looked back .
Elizabeth combines her corporate business experience with her intuitive abilities and offers corporate coaching, training, spiritual counseling and healing though private and group sessions empowering people to live their best lives.
