I realize this article isn’t about web or internet marketing, but how about the unseen forces that help to market your business? Doesn’t that count? Last month started off slow for me, so when that happens I do my best in the conventional ways to get the word out but I also spend time amping up the energy in my work space. Both seem to work wonders, especially if you do them at the same time. I always say that you can visualize and manifest all you want, but if you are not taking tangible steps in the direction of your goals too then not much is going happen. I like using feng shui for the energy part of the equation.

Did you know that if you work facing your best direction, or success direction, it will help bring you more success and prosperity? I found out my best direction was the south east, so I moved my desk so that I was facing in that direction. It was pretty painless and I have to say things picked up within a few days. A water feature near the entry way of your home is good for bringing more career success and opportunities. I have a fish tank near my entryway, with a lucky buddah statue in front. I also bought a merchant ship. The trick is to have it sailing inward to your home and fill it up with some sort of money symbol that works for you.

I believe the best and most powerful way to make a quick change to your energy is to de - clutter and get rid of things that are not useful or wanted in anymore. I do this on a regular basis and have to say there isn’t much left to get rid of. Last month I went through my closet and was ruthless.

With the basic clearing and getting rid of unneeded things and the positive changes I made to my apartment…things picked up even in this economy!
